Strict Digital Policy: “Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of software, templates, and courses are final. Once a product has been downloaded or accessed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Exceptions:

• Corrupt Files: If a file is proven to be defective or corrupt and cannot be replaced, a refund may be issued within 7 days of purchase.

• Double Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, please contact support for a credit or refund.”
